Change Existing Alerts

To change existing alerts

  • Click in to Alerts (in the top right corner).

  • Click on the existing Alert you wish to change or remove.

  • Edit the parameters of the alert if applicable or

  • Scroll down to see all Recipients and next to the user's name, select the method you want them to receive the alert by - choose or unchoose one or more from the App (push notification), Text or Email

  • Click Save

Troubleshooting

  • To receive push notifications, the user must turn to push notifications from Levno on their phone or device.
