Change or Remove Existing Alerts

To change existing alerts

1. Click in to Alerts (in the top right corner).
2. Click on the existing Alert you wish to change or remove.
3. Edit the parameters of the alert if applicable or
4. Scroll down to see all Recipients and next to the user's name, select the method you want them to receive the alert by - choose or unchoose one or more from the App (push notification), Text or Email
5. Click Save

To remove existing alerts

1. Click in to Alerts (in the top right corner).
2. Click on the existing Alert you wish to change or remove.
3. Scroll down to see all Recipients and next to the user's name, unselect all methods if you no longer want to receive the alert by App (push notification), Text or Email
4. Click Save

Troubleshooting

• To receive push notifications, the user must turn to push notifications from Levno on their phone or device.
