Users of a Levno product have different roles, that grant them different levels of access of permission to engage with a product.
A User in Levno:
- Can access add and edit their own alerts, but cannot edit others' alerts.
- Cannot manage other users permissions on the Levno account.
An Administrator in Levno can:
- Can manage their own alerts, and can edit other users' alerts
- Can manage other users to the Levno account.
An Organisation Admin in Levno can:
- Can add and edit their alerts, and can edit other users' alerts
- Can add other users to the Levno account.
- Can upgrade plans via the Levno App.
- Can change organisation billing details with Levno via the App.
- Can change organisation payment method with Levno via the App.
