Setting Milk Alerts – Levno Support

Milk Alerts are customisable insights from your milk vat(s) delivered to you via Email, Text, or Push Notification (from the App).

Navigate to Alerts by clicking the bell icon/alerts tab in your Levno App, you'll find it just under the Levno logo in the top right corner.

To add an alert, click the orange + sign at the bottom right corner and follow these steps:

Click Select an alert type

Click on the Alert you wish to set up from the options available
Scroll down to see all Recipients and next to the user's name, select the method you want them to receive the alert by - choose one or more from the App (push notification*), Text or Email
Click Save.

Troubleshooting

If you don't see a recipient's name in the list, you'll need to set them up as a user first, see our article: Add a user to your Levno account for help.
To receive push notifications, you must turn on notifications from Levno on your phone or device. Go to notifications in your device's settings and select the Levno App.
