Milk is Too Cold
Sent when milk temperature drops below a set temperature (one message per milking).
 

To add an alert, click the orange + sign at the bottom right corner and follow these steps:

Click Select an alert type

  • Click on the Milk is too cold alert.
  • Scroll down to see all Recipients and next to the user's name, select the method you want them to receive the alert by - choose one or more from the App (push notification*), Text or Email
  • Click Save.

Tip: The Milk is too cold alert is sent when the milk temperature drops below 2 degrees. If you are on the Full Cream plan you can customise this
